APC by Schneider Electric has been expanding their offer of single-phase UPS with Lithium-Ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are smaller and lighter than their VRLA counterparts, meaning APC Smart-UPS with Lithium-ion batteries pack more power in less space and won’t need a battery replacement during their useful service life.

APC Smart-UPS with Lithium-Ion batteries are available from 500VA up to 20kVA in both Line Interactive and Double Conversion Online topologies. A scalable redundant option is available with the Smart-UPS Modular Ultra.
