Deka HRC

Deka HRC batteryDeka HRC batteries, from East Penn, are designed for high rate and peak performance applications. They are the newest offering in the proven line of Deka products, built to be sustainable and economical and to provide superior performance in critical applications.

East Penn Manufacturing created the Deka HRC product line utilizing three key design features; Engineered Alloys, Compu-Press Grids, and Hydro Formation. Engineered Alloy, a blend of lead and alloys to match the battery’s intended service needs, is most beneficial for batteries in the field. East Penn has been perfecting the best blend and building it into its premium line Deka High Rate batteries for decades, and it’s an integral part of the new Deka HRC. Compu-Press is an exclusive process that produces an optimized battery grid ideal for high rate applications. The core of this proven process is rolling metal to enhance its strength beyond its original state. The combination of the proprietary alloy blend with the Compu-press grids and hydro formation manufacturing process allow East Penn’s HRC to provide more power in a smaller footprint compared to other manufacturers.

All of East Penn’s research, development and engineering expertise has created a better product for high rate applications.
